What do our dues pay for?

Updating Tamarack (new bathrooms for pool/park area, fixing the red dock, fixing the boat ramp, etc.) , electric, water, printing and postage for mailings, mowing and trash expenses, insurance liability coverage, family events.

When are my dues /assessments due? 

January 1st of every year. April 1st will add a $10 late fee.
